For some months now our members have had the option to donate their moolah credit payments to a Charity instead of their post or prepaid mobile phone accounts. Currently The RNZSPCA and Variety – The Children’s Charity are our nominated organisations. In early September we sent our members donations to both Charities and we received awesome responses from the two Chief Executive's. Both Charities have asked us to thank our members for their generosity. Check out what they wanted to convey to you.
Dear HooHaa Members
On behalf of the Kiwi kids Variety helps, thank you so much for selecting Variety to receive your donation. Money raised supports children aged up to 18 years who are sick, disabled or disadvantaged reach their full potential.
Variety funds - scholarships; Liberty Swings to enable children in wheelchairs to participate in their local playgrounds; Sunshine Coaches to transport thousands of children to schooling, therapy and community outings; specialized trikes for physically disabled children; mobile hearing clinics and bikes for children from low decile schools.

Many thanks once again – we are really grateful for the opportunity you have offered us to receive these donations and hope that the benefit is mutual.
Please also thank your members on our behalf if you have the ability within your system to do that.
The donations always go towards improving animal care and safety in our New Zealand communities either in prevention through education or de sexing or to our inspectorate for their work in upholding Animal Welfare law. I’m pleased to report that our results in both areas are improving each year.
